Perfumestic operates an online fragrance store offering perfumes, sample testers, and related products.

Fragrance performance, including longevity and projection, can vary between individuals depending on skin type, weather, application, and other factors.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Perfumestic reserves the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order in certain circumstances, including:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you using the information provided during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery

Perfumestic currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Customers placing COD orders agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to be available to receive and pay for the order.

Repeated refusal or failure to receive COD orders may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery is currently handled through our courier partner, TCS, where available.

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, courier operations, and other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because perfumes are personal-use products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required or approved for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

• Complete delivery address

Perfumestic is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
